Return Policy
At The TLC, we want you to shop with confidence. Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy is designed to provide a simple and transparent process for eligible returns.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials intact. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at dianegraytlc@aol.com with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Certain items are not eligible for return due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons. These may include opened or used health and beauty products, personal care items, fragrances, air fresheners, gift cards, clearance items, customized products, and any products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item, a damaged product, or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will work to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation requests may no longer be possible. Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing their order.
The Supply Plug reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy. We also reserve the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
